AccuNav® Neuronavigation
AccuNav depth electrode has been developed to allow surgeons the ultimate advancement in epilepsy electrode intracranial placement. The Accunav is an all new depth electrode that was specifically designed and produced for use with electromagnetic and optical neurnavigation systems.
AccuNav Neuronavigation Features
- Internal lumen provides ease of neuronavigation stylet placement within the electrode
- Smooth outer tubing design with integrated electrodes for reduced brain trauma
- Extra malleable substrate tubing material reduces the potential for hematoma during placement and duration of monitoring
- AccuNav is 10% smaller in diameter than all other neuronavigation depth electrodes
- Configurations are available with 2, 4, 6 or 8 contacts
- Distil records to the very tip as opposed to other neuronavigation depths
